It is important that you are able to receive our emails so that you can not only locate your initial login information but also your Welcome email and updates from vanspace.
If using a Company email account and/or your own Domain you will be subject to mail filters set by your Company or Host.
This may result in emails being rejected if from an unknown source.
To resolve this you would need to contact your IT Department or Host to request vanspace 'Whitelisted' to ensure that all emails can be received.
If using a work provided system it is important that you have Administrator access so that you are able to download our software, you may find that this is not permitted due to Security features your Company implemented.
