If after attempting to register a Support Portal Log In and you receive this error, it would just be because of one of the following reasons.

a. You have contacted us previously by email prior to our Support Portal being set up. 

Even though our Support Portal was not active, any email address that you have contacted us with previously is already automatically registered. The good news is that when you finally log in, you will be able to view all previous communications with us in full.

Solution.  Go to LOG IN on the Support Portal and select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? You will then receive an email to reset a password within moments.

b. You have already created a Support Portal account and do not need to register again. 

Solution.  Go to LOG IN on the Support Portal and select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? You will then receive an email to reset a password within moments.
