When you create a Ticket with us within moments you will receive a confirmation email, if you are new to contacting us you will also receive a second email asking you to set a Password for our Support Portal.

It is very possible that it has gone into your Spam Folder so before anything else, please check there. If you still can not locate you will need to follow the below information.
